1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ef999 ("ef999", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the ef999 website located at ef999.club, including all games, betting services, account management features and any associated services made available through the Platform.

By accessing ef999, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the ef999 Platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use ef999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an ef999 account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of ef999 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

ef999 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage. Accounts found to be operated by persons under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended. Any funds held in such accounts will be forfeited and any winnings voided. ef999 reports suspected underage gambling to relevant authorities where required.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ef999. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and contact number. ef999 reserves the right to verify this information at any time via KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures, which may include requesting copies of government-issued identification, proof of address and payment method documentation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ef999 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. ef999 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account security settings. ef999 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Any attempt to sell, transfer, or assign your ef999 account to another person is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

ef999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. All PKR transactions are processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction where applicable.

Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Minimum withdrawal: PKR 1,000. Withdrawal processing times vary by method: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically process within minutes to a few hours; bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan, Bank Alfalah) process within 1–4 business hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.

All deposits and withdrawals must use payment methods registered in your name. ef999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Withdrawals will only be made to verified payment methods previously used for deposits on your account, subject to ef999's anti-money laundering policies.

ef999 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds. Deposits or withdrawals suspected of being connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct will be blocked and reported to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ef999 offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL season specials. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms published alongside each offer.

General bonus conditions applicable across all ef999 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by registered players who have completed email and phone verification.
• Each player is entitled to claim a specific promotional offer only once unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and must be wagered the required number of times before withdrawal is permitted.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on ef999 — including cricket betting, live casino games, slots, and arcade titles — are governed by specific game rules displayed within each game or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules prior to wagering.

ef999 uses independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live casino games are operated via regulated studio feeds. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

ef999 reserves the right to void bets or game rounds in the event of: technical errors, communication failures, software malfunction, obvious pricing errors, or where ef999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.

For cricket betting markets: all results are determined based on official match results declared by the relevant cricket governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC). The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ef999 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account on the Platform.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or when contacting support.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform's software.
• Engaging in any conduct that ef999 reasonably determines to constitute match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors.
• Using ef999 in connection with any illegal activity including money laundering.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ef999 Platform, including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game content, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of ef999 or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, reused, or otherwise exploited without prior written authorisation from ef999.

ef999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence is automatically revoked upon any breach of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ef999 and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

ef999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily render the Platform unavailable. ef999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your ef999 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

ef999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: these Terms have been breached; KYC documentation cannot be verified; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is detected; or a self-exclusion request has been received. Where an account is closed for breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Players may voluntarily close their ef999 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure with no outstanding bonus wagering obligations, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ef999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ef999 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email. Your continued use of ef999 following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended provisions, you must cease using ef999 and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ef999 is incorporated. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of ef999 shall first be submitted to ef999's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. ef999 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 30 days of receipt of a formal complaint.

Players acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions including Pakistan, and accept full personal responsibility for determining the legality of online gaming in their specific location prior to using ef999.
